Lawrence and Lee first met back in 2021, working together for a boutique consultancy driving organisation growth. It became very apparent early on, that their ways of working and values were closely aligned.

With a mutual passion for organisational growth, vast experience and both possessing radical candour - they drive results, profit per employee.

With deep expertise in strategy execution, process excellence and driving high-performance cultures, Lawrence makes the complex simple, and the simple scalable.

    Former Operations Director, current Managing Director and Leadership Expert, Lawrence has led multi-functional teams through operational turnarounds, process redesigns, and high-stakes change initiatives. He doesn’t just set the strategy; he ensures every process, meeting, and metric ladders up to profit per employee.

Current Sales Director at Circles (Sodexo), he built and led sales teams across the UK and Europe, generating millions in revenue while transforming the sales function into a true growth engine.

    Lee isn’t just a strategist - he’s an operator. He’s built and rebuilt sales systems, created high-performing cultures, and delivered results that stick. With a knack for uncovering “hidden” profit levers and making teams thrive under pressure, Lee brings C-level firepower without the C-level headcount.
